Clock's ticking...

And I'm all set! :D

Kg. Ayer Tanjung Bunut

Another session of raining cats and dogs earlier tonight and look what do we have here? OMG!!! IT'S P2F's TER !! *shrieeeksss* Right outside my house!! Haha. Joke joke. He's just helping out his soon-to-be-officially-in-laws to move the cars. As usual, throughout the week, there's been a lot paranoia about when the 'great flood' is gonna happen again and seems like tonight would just be the night. That was taken around 2.30am. The rain kinda went on and off a while but right now, it's starting to pour again. Time check, 4.25am. If it's gonna pour heavily for the next few more hours...things are gonna get a little bit nasty. A toast to the next water village country!

Yes, Zunic can!

I had fun helping out my gym with their promotion at The Mall during the weekend. Nervous, scared but yet...very exciting. Who would've thought i managed to pull off doing one of my weakest move in Body Pump in front of so many people not only for 1 day but for 2 days straight! The dreaded Lunges . Throughout the whole time, i kept feeling paranoid that my leg muscle would cramp up halfway through like how it usually would when i do them in the classes but funny enough for 2 days, no cramps at all. Probably the attention around kinda loosen up my muscles instead of causing them to be stiff? Haha. It was a pretty cool experience getting to show people how it's like working out with Les Mills program at Zunic Wellness and i gotta admit, it will be added on to my proudest achievement list. So far so good considering that i don't even have a resolution to begin with! As dodgy as this may sound, the gym did play a big role in helping me shedding the pounds. No, i'm not bei

Before... After...

In the ayer...ayer....

Hot topic of the year. Nah, not about Obama's swearing in as the new president of the U.S but rather about the horrible flooding around Brunei. Lol. I had to stay overnight at Seaview Hotel as i couldn't find any other alternative route back home. Jangsak was blocked, Jalan Tutong was blocked. Ended up trying the Jerudong highway which was almost flooded by the time i reached Jerudong Park area. With cars coming from the opposite direction on the same lane, i figured it'd be better if i just stay a night at the oh so dodgy hotel. I think this was by far the worst flood that's ever happened around Bandar. The Mall, Gadong. Gadong Tunnel Menglait area Pictures taken from This was the situation outside my house. Usually the flood would only rise up till the road junction outside of my housing area but this time, it came in. Let's just hope and pray that it won't rain so much after last night's chaotic downpour. Sadly, although to some it's

A Thousand Questions

Where is God you asked? I'm speechless.

Reason, Season, Lifetime...

People come into your life for a reason, a season or a lifetime. When you know which one it is, you will know what to do for that person.. When someone is in your life for a REASON , it is usually to meet a need you have expressed. They have come to assist you through a difficulty, to provide you with guidance and support, to aid you physically, emotionally or spiritually. They may seem like a godsend and they are. They are there for the reason you need them to be. Then, without any wrongdoing on your part or at an inconvenient time, this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an end. Sometimes they die. Sometimes they walk away. Sometimes they act up and force you to take a stand. What we must realize is that our need has been met, our desire fulfilled, their work is done. The prayer you sent up has been answered and now it is time to move on... Some people come into your life for a SEASON , because your turn has come to share, grow or learn. They bri

The Venetian, Macao

During my 2 weeks in Hong Kong, my family took a quick 2 days trip to Macao. Stayed a night at the The Venetian . The place is huge! And to think that when we have overseas visitors coming in, we proudly show off our 'self rated 6 star' Empire Hotel . If hotels can crap, i think probably Empire would probably be the crap of The Venetian . (Sorry Ms. Pirinyuang!) Haha. The place is so huge that they also have their own artificial sky and clouds inside. I wonder if it'll ever produce artificial rain and sun every now and then? Haha. And of course, a whole area of shops. Came across this Manchester United official shop which was glowing red. Speaking of which, we also have one official Manchester United shop also mah. It's in Yayasan, Hua Ho Sports Center section. :P But, i'm no fan of football so yeah, just thought this shop was pretty cool cause of it's blinding red. Oh, oh and this! I've always been somewhat fascinated by these human sculptor thingy. Like

New Year with iTunes...

I do apologize for my lazy updates lately. I haven't had much inspiration to blog as much as i used to, nor do i have stuffs to brighten up your day which i totally blame it on my bumming + not so inspiring life at the moment. So how did everyone spend their New Year's? Mine was pretty simple. It was just me, my iTunes and the Hua Ho outside my house. That's how i spent my New Year. See, i've just decided to use iTunes for my songs when i got back from Hong Kong (i've been a Window Media Player user all these while) and for some reason, i find the whole album art thing You know, you scroll around for your song and you see the album art that stares back at you... And of course, when you set it to shuffle and if it's your lucky day, iTunes will suddenly belt out an inner gay song you secretly dance to when you think no one's this Britney's hit. Back to the iTunes bit, so i've been adding whatever albums i have in my ha
