Just when i thought i was being me...

William Shakespeare - All The World's a Stage All the world's a stage, And all the men and women merely players: They have their exits and their entrances; And one man in his time plays many parts, His acts being seven ages. At first the infant, Mewling and puking in the nurse's arms. And then the whining school-boy, with his satchel And shining morning face, creeping like snail Unwillingly to school. And then the lover, Sighing like furnace, with a woeful ballad Made to his mistress' eyebrow. Then a soldier, Full of strange oaths and bearded like the pard, Jealous in honour, sudden and quick in quarrel, Seeking the bubble reputation Even in the cannon's mouth. And then the justice, In fair round belly with good capon lined, With eyes severe and beard of formal cut, Full of wise saws and modern instances; And so he plays his part. The sixth age shifts Into the lean and slipper'd pantaloon, With spectacles on nose and pouch on side, His youthful hose, well saved,

About Renault cars...

The next time if your car breaks down in the middle of nowhere, take out a video recorder and have some fun. > Yeap, you've heard it from the owner itself. Don't buy a French made car. They should stick with their croissants and je t'aimes... In Him

Mission Trip Part 1: To Munoz

Image
It was my first ever mission trip and also my first time to the Philippines. I have no idea what to expect and was told not to expect much either, so you can say i went there with only a portrait of their president, Gloria Macapagal Arroyo in my head since that's pretty much the only thing i know about the Philippines. Departed from Brunei to KK via car on the 5th of December. Aside from driving down to Miri only once, i've never driven long distance before and whenever someone asked me to, part of me always feel uneasy because i tend to think that somehow , one way or another my tyres will suddenly explode while i'm driving down real fast and i'll end up dying or something. Talk about being paranoid. The trip was obviously a long and tiring one. My advice for you if you plan to drive down KK? Use a 4wd car. The road after Lawas is just so... painful . Spent a night in KK before flying off to Clark, Philippines. The moment we touched down at the airport, my level of &

Goodah!! Goodah!! Goodah!!

Just got back from a mission trip where 10 of us went to different parts of the Philippines to minister to the children and the villagers there. As i'm still allowing my mind and body to settle down from the whole trip after 2 weeks of long travelling, sleepless nights, inhaling diesel fumes and listening to excessive sound of different honks from jeepneys, cars and tricycles, i have to say that i don't quite know how to share my pleasant experience in the Philippines with you guys... yet! But for now, please enjoy this short clip of us trying out balut for the very first time. Expect an update on the trip soon with a lot of pictures. God is indeed awesome! In Him

Congrats to newlywed Mr & Mrs Delwin Gabriel Keasberry...

As sad as this may sound, i've never been invited to weddings (yes, i'm serious!) other than typical chinese wedding celebration dinners or the really dusun kampung type of weddings. No, I've never seen a bride walked down the aisle, i've never heard the bride and groom exchanged wedding vows, i've never seen a newly wed couple getting their first kiss in front of me and i've definitely never seen so much joy and happiness in a couple's life. So imagine how ecstatic i was when i received my very first invitation from Aunty Linda to attend Delwin's wedding which was yesterday. Went shopping for clothes to wear for the wedding day few days before, kept thinking how it was going to be like and to be honest, i felt a *little* bit nervous as the whole thing started. It's like as if i'm the one that's about the get married! Yes, yes laugh all you want but that's how sad it was for me. I don't really blame anyone for not inviting me thoug
